These reviewers are specialists in the field treated by the manuscript: they are taken either inside or outside the international review committee and they can not be in any way linked to the author of the manuscript. The review procedure is based on the double blind procedure. The critical reading reports written by the reviewers are sent to the journal committee with an advice as to the further procedure (rejected; accepted with major modifications; accepted with minor modifications; accepted without changes). The decision reached by the journal committee is then communicated to the author. If necessary, the new version is again subjected to this procedure.
